Adam is a commercial lawyer specializing in corporate counseling and complex commercial transactions, with an emphasis on emerging companies and start-ups in the hospitality, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and retail sectors. This practice area encompasses commercial real estate leasing, intellectual property protection & licensing, corporate formation & governance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and administrative law.
Adam has represented clients throughout the United States, Europe, and Africa.
In addition to his solo general commercial practice, Adam is Of Counsel at the New York City hospitality law firm Helbraun Levey, in their Corporate and Real Estate Practice Group.
Adam also serves as general counsel to Bondi Beach Beer Co., Inc., an Australian beer brand launched in the U.S. and international markets.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Adam worked for many years as a chef and restaurateur in the U.S., Europe, and Africa. It is from this rich experience as a small business entrepreneur that Adam draws his insights into the legal needs of start-ups and growing businesses. In addition to practicing law Adam still invests in and raises capital for hospitality and CPG start-ups.
