Adam is a partner at the Manhattan law firm of Kent, Beatty & Gordon.
Adam’s practice is broadly corporate, with dual specialties representing emerging companies and hospitality industry professionals. These areas encompass commercial real estate, intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and administrative law.
Adam’s expertise in entrepreneurship and hospitality was hard-earned, having spent eighteen years as a chef and restaurateur in cities worldwide before entering law practice. His value proposition is that he can see trouble coming down the pike sooner than a roomful of white-shoe lawyers because he has walked so many miles in his clients’ shoes.
While now a full-time lawyer, Adam still invests in, develops, and raises money for restaurants, hotels, and other emerging companies.
